EXECUTIVE - ADMINISTRATION
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee waste disposal processes in compliance with regulations.
- Manage janitorial staff to maintain factory cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Renew and maintain company trade licenses by coordinating with government authorities.
- Assist in facility management.
- Liaise with the Health & Safety Committee to implement safety policies.
- Address and resolve GMP audit concerns within stipulated deadlines.
Candidate Profile
- Candidate should possess a degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a reputed institute.
- Proactive problem-solver.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.
- A Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of labor legislation and statutory requirements.
