Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cost Controller to oversee and manage cost control procedures in our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating between various departments, and maintaining cost efficiency throughout. The Cost Controller will also be involved in overseeing kitchen production, outlet operations, and monitoring purchasing and supplier bases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate effectively with stores, kitchen, and outlets.
- Oversee receiving, issuing, and production processes.
- Manage banquet operations, including event orders.
- Supervise kitchen production and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.
- Monitor outlet operations through random visits.
- Oversee purchasing activities and manage supplier relationships.
- Prepare and develop policies and procedures for overall operations.
- Train staff on cost control methods and best practices.
- Advise stores, purchasing, and kitchen teams on cost-related factors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cost control or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In-depth knowledge of cost control procedures and operational efficiency.
