HR EXECUTIVE
Job Role
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Ensure legal compliance & liaise with statutory bodies (EPF, ETF, Labour Department, BOI)
- Maintain & Update HR Information System
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules & regulations
Qualification Required
- Females only
- A degree/professional qualification in HRM
- Age below 40 years
- A minimum of 05 years of experience in similar role
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of handling third party audits would be an added advantage (Ex: BSCI)
- Looking for a candidate around Negombo, Divulapitiya or closest to Minuwangoda
