Job Profile
The Quality Assurance Assistant is responsible for monitoring operational parameters related to quality in the furniture production process and ensuring that all finished goods meet the defined quality standards. He/she is also actively involved in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with internal and external quality requirements.
Personal Profile
- Aged below 30 years.
- Good results in GCE O/L and A/L (The Science stream will be an added advantage).
- Relevant qualification on Quality Assurance will be an added advantage.
- Possess a good command in English and Sinhala languages.
- One or more years of experience coming from similar background and previous experience in ISO audits will be an added advantage.
- Residing in close proximity to the Piliyandala / Kesbewa areas is preferable.
- Willingness to work extended hours.
