Business Development Officers – Textile Sales
Location – (Sabaragamuwa / Down South / Deep South)

Our dedication to quality, affordability, and customer satisfaction allows us to serve both wholesale and retail markets.
We are seeking driven and reliable Business Development Officers to market and sell our textile products, supporting our expanding business operations. In addition to direct sales, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales strategy developed by Head of Sales for the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Keep accurate records of customer registrations and monitor the renewal process.
- Enforce credit control policies in line with company procedures.
- Identify potential customers to develop new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals; handle objections and customer complaints effectively.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualifications.
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales, sales, or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the textile industry is an added advantage.
- Valid riding license and willingness to travel.
- Ability to read and analyze sales reports and trends.
- Motorcycle ownership is preferred.
- Age between 25 to 45 years.
