Analyst - Sustainability
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Management, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of key sustainability concepts, including climate change, GHG emissions, carbon neutrality, decarbonisation, and energy transitions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning, with a growth mindset.
- A strong team player with the multi-tasking abilities and the ability to work with minimum guidance and supervision and foster positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in ESG/sustainability or climate-related areas is preferred. However, fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of client engagements across various sustainability areas, including strategy development, GHG emissions accounting, climate scenario analysis, and social impact assessment and sustainability reporting.
- Ensure project timelines, milestones and deliverables are met in accordance with client expectations.
- Conduct research and analysis on climate change impacts, carbon markets, and emerging sustainability trends.
- Maintain strong client relationships, identify, and engage with stakeholders ensuring a good understanding of their business objectives and sustainability goals.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal and client presentation preparation, responding to RFPs by collaborating across competencies / alliances / service lines.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in sustainability best practices, regulations, and reporting frameworks. Support in Opportunity tracking, team administration and skills development activities.
