Travel/ Tourism Manager

Job Profile
- Act as the primary point of contact for all high-level customer interactions and key client accounts in the travel and tourism segment
- Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries, issues, and feedback
- Lead and develop the customer care team, providing training, support, and performance monitoring to ensure excellence in service delivery
- Develop strategies to enhance the client experience, increase repeat business, and strengthen customer loyalty
- Monitor customer feedback and market trends to drive improvements in service offerings and customer engagement
The Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry with at least 3 years in a client-facing, customer care leadership role
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams, with strong people management and coaching skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- High level of customer empathy with a service excellence mindset
- Familiarity with booking systems, CRM tools, and travel management platforms
