Manager – Commercial Finance
ROLE
Managing the financial aspect of Sales, Marketing and Distributing to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting the Sales & Marketing team to gain a thorough understanding of business performance, drives, risks and opportunities to define an effective organisational strategy.
- Managing the development and management of the Sales, Marketing and Distribution annual budget and longer-term planning cycles and periodically reviewing and streamlining expenses and processes to maximise savings.
- Researching the retail market and guiding market analyses to maximize customer profitability.
- Reviewing debtors, inventory and empty deposit schedules to streamline how outstanding matters are handled.
REQUIREMENTS
- CIMA, ACCA, CMA or similar qualification in accounting.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or similar related field.
- At least three years' experience in a similar position.
- A dynamic, detail-oriented and accountable mindset with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to research and prepare good business cases.
- The flexibility to travel as required based on planned and unplanned visits to different markets.
