JOB COACH
We are seeking an energetic Job Coach to join our Supported Employment Program, designed for young adults with special needs. A job coach is a professional who helps individuals, particularly those with disabilities or facing barriers to employment, find and maintain employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver work readiness and vocational training to young adults with special needs
- Support Corporate teams onboard team members with disability and provide ongoing assistance
- Travel to multiple workplaces across Colombo to provide on-site coaching and support
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure individual goals are met
Candidate Requirements:
- Passion for inclusion/working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- GCE A/L qualification or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and IT literacy
- BA or equivalent in an allied field (Special Education, Psychology etc) a plus
