Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Management, Business Process Management, or Physical Science (Statistics)
- Certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean – Green Belt)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in related field
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of existing business processes using scope identification tools
- Perform process mapping for identified and agreed processes in line with the company’s process excellence plan and strategic goals
- Analyze data, gather stakeholder feedback, and perform root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate process improvement initiatives
