  • Standardize Talent Excellence: Create and roll out a company-wide competency matrix that sets clear, measurable, and strategic standards under our STRATM framework.
  • Audit with Impact: Implement HR auditing concepts that don’t just check boxes – but elevate the HR presence across all corners of the business.
  • Own the Retail HR Language: Be the custodian of HR vocabulary, practices, and systems tailored to the dynamic, fast-paced world of retail.
  • Inspire a Nation of Outlets: Lead with grit, grace, and guidance across a retail chain that spans the entire country. Make performance a movement.

You Bring:

  • A degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA is a bonus!)
  • 8+ years of HR leadership – ideally in retail, FMCG, or multi-outlet environments
  • Real experience with HR strategy, talent frameworks, and people analytics
  • The confidence to lead from the field, not just from the office
  • Strong communication skills – in Sinhala and English
