Executive – Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieving individual revenue targets through expanding the client base, commodity verticals and increasing the share of wallet of existing customers
  • Generate new opportunities by working with internal stakeholders.
  • Interact with clients as well as potential clients on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders in order to smoothly implement client onboarding’s
  • Ensure that all company interests are covered in sales agreements and take required approvals from the Management.
  • Adherence to BOI procedures/Law, ISO, CTPAT audit requirements.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification (Preferably CIM/SLIM etc) in Sales / Marketing.
  • Very good negotiation and good analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
  • Should have a minimum of 2 years experience in similar capacity.
  • Conversant with MS office packages.
  • Social and outgoing personality.
