Key Responsibilities

  • Take total responsibility for the smooth functioning of the branch whilst meeting predetermined goals: sales volumes, profits, market share and client acquisition including compliance issues within a competitive environment.
  • Motivate, inspire and lead a team of young achievers through inspirational leadership and guidance and channeling their energy into contributing towards the success of the branch.
  • Expand the customers' portfolio and branch profitability by building beneficial partnerships with individual, institutional and corporate customers.
  • Safeguard both tangible and intangible assets of the branch through efficient supervision and control.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess a degree and/or professional qualification in Banking and finance, Sales and marketing or Credit Management which will be a definite advantage.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity or as an Assistant Manager at a reputed NBFI, with a proven track record.
  • Be exceptionally familiar with Leasing, Credit, Deposits and Recovery related aspects in a financial business environment and its regulatory background.
  • Have effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Be an inspirational team player with good command and administrative skills.
