Job Description :
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Manage petty cash fund.
- File and manage accounting documents and records.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
- Prepare and submit bank deposit slips and ensure timely banking of funds.
Requirements :
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an accounts clerk or in a similar role.
- Computer literacy and knowledge in quickbooks package.
