Senior Executive—Research & Development
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in food technology, food science or a related field.
- Masters in food science will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in R&D within the food industry is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and innovation management.
- Excellent PR and communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Age below 40 years.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance product range by exploring new ingredients, formulations and process techniques.
- Improve recipes and production processes to enhance quality while reducing cost.
- Identify and implement innovative packaging solutions and new food technologies.
- Ensure all products meet food safety standards and regulations.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency in R&D and production process.
- Oversee the research, design and development of innovative packaging materials and solutions that address customer needs and market demands.
- Maintain all R&D records and activities.
