Executive—Quality Assurance
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Food science, Agriculture, Food Technology or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in quality assurance & compliance in the food manufacturing industry with Executive experience.
- Hands-on experiences in ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, GMP, SLS and HALAL certifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Age below 30 years.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the compliance of all factory operations according to the QMS, FSMS, and other relevant certification requirements.
- Conduct GMP audits, integrated internal audits, supplier audits as per the annual audit plan.
- Conduct upstream and downstream traceability tests and verify the existing system other than integrated internal audits.
- Conduct internal calibrations and coordinate with repeated third-party service providers for external calibrations and pest control.
- Coordinate with external laboratories for raw materials and product testing.
- Maintain the inventory control system of the department.
- Coordinate with the department head for food safety-related Quality Assurance Activities.
