Senior Technical Engineer - Networking / Firewall
Skills and Responsibilities
- Installation and troubleshooting Firewalls and Manageable switches.
- Ability to build strong customer relationship while supporting the existing customers.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to understand and solve problems by on self without escalating.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 2+ year hands-on experience with Firewalls and Switches like Fortigate, Sophos, Sonicwall, Cisco/Aruba switches and accesspoints.
- Must have CCNA, CCNP/Network diploma (or equivalent) certification.
- Must have hands on experience Network troubleshooting, Firewall troubleshooting, VLAN and Routing.
- Other networking product installation and troubleshooting knowledge will be an added advantage.
