We have exciting opportunities for Sous Chefs to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams. In these roles, you will support the Chef De Cuisines in overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, leading culinary teams, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality cuisine. You will play a key role in maintaining kitchen standards, mentoring junior chefs, and driving innovation across menus in line with brand and guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen operations and ensure food quality and consistency
- Support menu development and implement culinary standards
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen team members
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cost control practices
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and kitchen efficiency
