We have exciting opportunities for Sous Chefs to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams. In these roles, you will support the Chef De Cuisines in overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, leading culinary teams, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality cuisine. You will play a key role in maintaining kitchen standards, mentoring junior chefs, and driving innovation across menus in line with brand and guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise kitchen operations and ensure food quality and consistency
  • Support menu development and implement culinary standards
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen team members
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cost control practices
  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and kitchen efficiency
