We are presently looking for talented, pro-active experienced individuals to be part of our dedicated team as part of our expansion policy. We are based in Waikkala (Close Proximity to Negombo).
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING EXECUTIVE / HEAD OF WORKSTUDY (Senior Position)
- We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineering Executive to join our Work Study team.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Industrial Engineering or as a Head of Work Study.
- Drive and recommend the management on cost reduction methods wherever necessary. Suggest new initiatives / efficiency improvement methods.
- Work on continuous improvements for production related operations.
- Woking on accurate SMV calculations and thread consumptions.
- Ability to communicate in English (Written & Verbal)

PATTERN MAKER (Senior Position)
- Develop accurate patterns.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pattern Maker and having Knit and woven fabric knowledge.
- Ensure to meet the production deadlines and meet quality standards.

MARKER MAKER (Senior Position)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marker Maker.
- Draw markers in an efficiency way.

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager.
- Ability to communicate in English (Written & Verbal) is must.

QUALITY SUPERVISORS (Senior Position)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Supervisor.

SAMPLE ROOM OPERATORS
- Minimum of 5 years or above experience as a Sample Room Operator in Apparel Industry.
