Food & Beverage Manager - ( Based in Mandara Resort / Mandara Rosen )

  • Should have bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel management.
  • Minimum five years experience in similar capacity in star class hotel.
  • Knowledge of food service operations and variety of styles of service.
  • Possess excellent forecasting and budgeting skills.
  • Good communication, leadership and problem solving skills.

Food & Beverage Executive - ( Based in Mandara Resort / Mandara Rosen )

  • Should have a Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum three years experience in similar capacity in star class hotel.
  • Knowledge of food service operations and variety of styles of services.
  • Possess excellent forecasting and budgeting skills.
  • Good communication, leadership and problem solving skills.

Food & Beverage Supervisor - ( Based in Mandara Resort / Mandara Rosen )

  • Over 1 year of Food & Beverage leadership experience.
  • Academic qualifications suitable to the position will be an added advantage.
  • Maintain and demonstrate strong knowledge of F&B trends within the hospitality industry.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Chefs / Sous Chefs - ( Based in Mandara Resort & Mandara Rosen )

  • Should be a graduate from a recognized hotel school or possess exposure in areas of Sri Lankan, Indian, Japanese, Western & Chinese cuisine.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity at a star class hotel.

F&B Stewards - ( Based in Mandara Resort & Mandara Rosen )

  • Salary: Negotiable
