MANAGER - PRODUCTION & OPERATION KATUNAYAKE
Marvel Marketing Pvt Ltd is a dynamic player in the FMCG sector, committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Manager to join our production and operation team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production and operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement and maintain production schedules.
- Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Lead and manage production teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with supply chain and quality control departments.
- Monitor production data and address issues promptly.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Professional Qualification / Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in production and operations management in the FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
