A bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or any other Engineering discipline from a recognized University, with minimum Diploma-level qualification in Industrial Engineering.
Hands on experience with ERP systems; familiarity with SAP is a distinct advantage.
3 years of experience in a production and warehouse environment.
Qualifications in Operational Excellence methodologies such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, TPM will be an added advantage.
Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience with Power BI and Power Automate is an added advantage.

Maintain integrated systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives in relevant operational areas.
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
Oversee all aspects of inventory movement and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Optimize capacity utilization and enhance the efficiency of core business processes.
Develop and implement engineering maintenance procedures to ensure operational reliability.
Monitor departmental expenses and maintain control over budgets.
Lead engineering-related research and development initiatives to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures across all operations.
