OPERATION & ADMIN MANAGER

Requirements: Operational Management Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operational activities across departments to ensure seamless and efficient functioning.
  • Manage daily transport logistics to ensure the calibration team’s timely deployment to various locations.
  • Monitor and manage the workload of the calibration and support teams, tracking assignments and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations, enhance workflows, and improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Track, analyze, and report on operational and HR metrics to senior management for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budget management for operations and resources, ensuring efficient allocation.
  • Overseeing building maintenance.

Qualification

  • Candidate Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and administrative management.
    • Proven ability to manage daily operations, logistics, and resource allocation effectively.
    • A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel extensively.

Administrative Duties

  • Supervise administrative tasks, including documentation, inventory control, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and implement company policies and procedures to align with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development.
  • Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage staff to achieve operational goals.
    • Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth and accountability.
