Manager - Quality Assurance
(Location - Weliveriya)
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance in the food industry, preferably in dairy or ice cream production.
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes, food safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in quality management systems, statistical process control (SPC), and MS Office tools.
- Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or similar food safety management systems is a plus.
