JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (MIDIGAMA PLANT)

Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of Goods receipt/Invoice receipts/Gate entry vs. Goods received note reporting
- Coordinate with internal divisions and ensure receipt of accurate invoices in timely manner
- Continuous follow-up for invoices pending in Provision and ensure closure of the same on timely basis
- Ensure detailed checking of invoices and resolve queries/issues accordingly
- Maintain accuracy in filing of assets
- Monitor project commitment timelines
- Close monitoring of open purchase requests/purchase orders and communicate aging to the relevant people accordingly
- Follow-up with all user Departments to submit invoice and close all open purchase requests and purchase orders
- Preparation of daily report for stock in transit and scrap sales
- Booking and reporting of expenses without purchase orders
- Reporting of customs clearance
Requirements
Education:
- Full qualification in AAT, HNDA OR part qualification in CA/ACCA/CIMA
- Degree in Finance/Commerce preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing accounts payable
Skills:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using ERP-SAP along with excellent skills in MS Office
