Executive / Senior Executive - E-Commerce
The E-Commerce Executive will manage and drive sales of the Colombo Coffee Company’s online sales platforms. This role involves developing business, managing product listings, coordinating with internal teams for stock and delivery, handling inquiries, and assisting in online marketing efforts to drive e-commerce sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales across all online platforms (e.g., company website, Daraz, Pick Me, UBER, social media shops, other online shops, etc.).
- Manage all parts related to online sales and online platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock accuracy.
- Assist in executing online promotions and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Monitor orders, process returns or refunds and ensure smooth customer service.
- Track and report on online sales performance, promotions, and traffic.
- Research industry trends and competitor activity to support e-commerce growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, etc.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Daraz is preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media ads, Google Analytics).
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A passion for customer service and an interest in coffee is a plus.
