Job Profile
- Ability to manage a high volume of legal cases, providing reasonable and favorable solutions for the company.
- Handle and manage all aspects of writ execution procedures, with strong knowledge in the area.
- Giving evidence at district courts and the commercial high courts.
- Handle ombudsman office inquiries, police inquiries and other investigations conducted by related institutions affecting the company.
- Maintain end-to-end oversight of all matters connected to legal recoveries unit, ensuring effective and efficient resolution of cases.
Eligibility
- Should possess minimum 12 years in the NBFI sector, out of which 6 years carrying out legal recoveries.
- Must possess overall knowledge and expertise in legal recoveries with good negotiating skills.
- Experience in managing magistrate courts inquiries and related legal proceedings.
- Thorough understanding of handling matters with the mediation board.
- Preference has been given to those who are trilingual.
