LOGISTICS & QUALITY SYSTEM COORDINATOR

Our Logistics Team is looking for a dynamic, driven, determined & charismatic individual to join:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Checking raw material acceptance & documentation process.
- Planning & monitoring raw & packing material acceptance process & documentation process in the warehouse.
- Execution of raw and packing material issuing process to production from the warehouse.
- Responsibility for allocated packing and raw materials in the warehouse.
- Planning & monitoring CBM usage & forecasting CBM usage of the warehouse.
- Handling Non- Conformity Reports (NCR).
- Coordination of divisional training and development plan.
- Coordination of divisional, internal and external GMP/Quality Audits.
- Monitoring raw materials destruction process.
- Maintaining safety standards as per the company requirements and local regulatory requirements.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/ Science.
- Registered Pharmacist in SLMC would be an added advantage.
- Should possess excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Packages.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English & Sinhala.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Achievements in sports, extra-curricular activities would be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage.
- Age below 35 years.
