ASS. MANAGER / MANAGER - COSMETIC / TOPICAL
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations of Cosmetics and derma product lines.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and compliance.
- Coordinate with R&D and Quality Control teams for new product development and process improvements.
- Oversee raw material planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
- Implement GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements (NMRA, ISO, etc.).
- Train, supervise, and motivate production staff for continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Manage production budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Procurement, Engineering, etc.) to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cosmetic or personal care product manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and cosmetic regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
