We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior HR Executive to support and strengthen our people management practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR operations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. This role is crucial in ensuring the HR function operates efficiently while aligning with the company’s values of sustainability, community, and continuous development.
We are looking for you,
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing, or export-related industries.
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in HR (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of labor law, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (preferably Microsoft Navision or similar ERP).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee records, and statutory compliance.
- Support departmental heads in manpower planning, job evaluations, and performance management systems.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives in alignment with the annual training calendar.
- Handle employee relations matters and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and international certifications (Fairtrade, Organic, ISO, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Contribute to HR reporting, audits, and process documentation.
- Maintain and update HRIS and employee databases accurately and confidentially.
- Assist in driving company-wide HR projects such as digitization, talent retention, and well-being programs.
- Support the HR Manager and leadership in aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
