Assistant Tea Plantation Manager
CONSTELLATION88 (PVT) LTD, ROZALLA, WATAWALA is a Tea plantation, Real Estate and Technology Company currently managing in Rozalla, Watawala is seeking an experienced result oriented individual to join our team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day field operations including plucking, pruning, fertilization, and pest control.
- Supervise and coordinate field workers to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor crop health and implement best agricultural practices.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, inputs, and yields.
- Support sustainability and safety initiatives on the estate.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a tea plantation or similar agricultural setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Age below 45 Years.
- Plantation Accounting, Analytical skills, General IT literacy and the ability to speak in Tamil language will be an added advantage.
Remuneration: LKR 60,000/- Per month + accommodation
