Executive – Production (Dankotuwa)
Being the Executive - Production, you will directly report to the Manager - Production and the primary responsibility will be;
- Achieving operational cost targets within budget and driving cost-saving initiatives.
- Managing assets effectively.
- Ensuring product quality meets required standards and deliveries are made on time.
- Meeting production targets, upgrading processes, and improving overall production efficiency.
- Implementing waste management practices.
- Introducing and maintaining productivity improvement tools and techniques.
- Upholding and enhancing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Leading and motivating the workforce, succession planning, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Promoting and implementing innovative solutions.
Who We Want
- Degree from a recognized university.
- Knowledge of manufacturing performance management, quality assurance, human factors, and asset care.
- Over 2 years of experience in production processes.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems preferably SAP.
- More than 4 years of experience in a manufacturing plant.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Packages.
