Role:
We are seeking Real Estate Field Officer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will act as the primary coordinator for property management operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Inspections & House Tours
- Airbnb Property Management
- Record Keeping & Administrative Support
- Cleaning Supervision
- Inventory Checks
- Guest Onboarding Support & Guest Management
- Emergency Callouts
- Onboarding new properties for sale & rent
Requirements:
- GCE O/L and/or A/L qualifications
- Proficiency in both Sinhala and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
- A valid riding/driving license for field mobility
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting
- School leavers and retired officials are also welcome to apply.
