Job Profile
- Promote market and acquire deposits and savings accounts.
- Achieve given targets.
- Identify potential customers and build and maintain strong relationships with them.
- Implement and develop strategies to expand into different market segments.
- Provide prompt solutions to client queries.
- Getting actively involved in promotional campaigns.
Candidate Profile
- A proven track record in sales and marketing of products and services.
- 02 or more years experience in similar capacity is preferable in banking & finance industry.
- Full or part qualification in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with good command of English and Sinhala.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Age below 40 years.
