3D Printer Tech Lead
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a fleet of 3D printers
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and print quality issues
- Calibrate, upgrade, and optimize printers efficiently
- Train and guide junior printing staff and operators
- Coordinate with design and customer service teams to meet production goals
- Monitor machine performance & handle repairs
- Contribute to process improvements and technical documentation
What We’re Looking for
- Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics are Highly Considerable.
- Strong experience in 3D printing
- In-depth understanding of slicing softwares
- Technical troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
- Familiarity with STL/G-code files and designing
- Leadership, Self-motivated, process-oriented, team supervision experience are strong plus
