CHEF DE PARTIE
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a section of the kitchen.
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and culinary skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
COMMIS I / COMMIS II
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily food preparation.
- Follow recipes and directions from senior chefs.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations.
Requirements:
- Basic culinary training or previous kitchen experience.
- Passionate about food and learning.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented.
KITCHEN STEWARD
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Support the culinary team by ensuring all tools are ready and hygienic.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Hardworking and reliable.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
RESTAURANT WAITER
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Address any guest complaints or concerns with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Hardworking and reliable.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
