CHEF DE PARTIE

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a section of the kitchen.
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and culinary skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

COMMIS I / COMMIS II

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily food preparation.
  • Follow recipes and directions from senior chefs.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations.
Requirements:
  • Basic culinary training or previous kitchen experience.
  • Passionate about food and learning.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented.

KITCHEN STEWARD

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
  • Support the culinary team by ensuring all tools are ready and hygienic.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Hardworking and reliable.
  • Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided.

RESTAURANT WAITER

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Address any guest complaints or concerns with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Hardworking and reliable.
  • Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided.
