We are on the lookout for highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team on urgent basis to cope with the current expansion taking place within the organization.

All selected candidates will be required to work in our Sales Office / Stores / Workshop Complex situated at Niyandagala, Pannipitiya, which is conveniently located in a close proximity to Southern Expressway Inter-change at Kottawa. Candidates residing within 10 KM radius from Kottawa / Homagama are preferred.

SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVES

(FEMALE APPLICANTS ONLY)

  • Part qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA / ICASL) with completed Auditing requirements. Full qualification from AAT is also considered. University Graduates with Audit Experience too will be considered.
  • Applicants should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, preparing final accounts, bank reconciliation, liaising with external auditors and Banks, annual stock verification, debt collection etc. Applicants without these experiences will not be considered.
  • Minimum 03 - 06 years experience in an Accounts Department whilst 02 - 03 years hands-on experience in accounting software packages, preferably QuickBooks is a must.
  • Thorough knowledge in Accounting Principles and financial systems.
  • Completion and submission of VAT, SSCL and Income Tax Returns on time.
  • A good command of both written and spoken English (with neat handwriting) coupled with communication skills.
  • ERP experience though not essential would be advantageous.
  • Visit Department of Inland Revenue, EPF & ETF Departments when necessary.
  • Be an optimistic, energetic, self-motivator and a results-oriented achiever who could work independently with minimum supervision. Must be able to manage correspondence independently.
  • Have a pleasing, courteous and outgoing personality.
  • Must be an expert on Office Packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time and task management skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Be ready to work under pressure and meet given deadlines.

  • A Laptop and a Mobile Phone will be provided to facilitate your commitments towards the organization and to perform your duties.
  • Ideal candidate should be an optimistic self-motivator and a results-oriented achiever who could work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Career advancement prospects to climb up to the level of General Manager – Finance (provided you have got what it takes) in a very short span. You will not be confined only to the Finance Division, and you will basically be an Accounts cum Operations person supervising and performing very important tasks whilst driving the company forward to achieve organizational goals and objectives. You will be required to work very closely with the Managing Director of the organization.
