Manager-HR Operations

Purpose of the Role:

The Manager – HR Operations plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of core HR services. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including HRIS management, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, payroll coordination, onboarding, off boarding, and HR data reporting. The incumbent will drive continuous process improvement and ensure alignment of HR practices with organizational policies and strategic goals. He/she will report to Senior Manager-Human Resources.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s or MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in managing HR operations, systems, and compliance in a mid-to-large organization.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • High proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on quality service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Salary:

Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with skills and experience.
