EXECUTIVE-HR (RECRUITMENT)

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and updating the vacancy list in coordination with department heads
  • Actively sourcing candidates through various channels (job portals, referrals, job fairs, etc.)
  • Scheduling interviews, coordinating with relevant departments
  • Issuing offer letters, collecting pre-employment documents, and facilitating the onboarding and induction process to ensure a smooth transition

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment
  • Sound understanding of recruitment practices
  • Age below 27
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
  • Candidates from Colombo & suburbs are preferred
