- Professional qualification in HRM from recognize institute (CIPM)
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good sound knowledge in MS Office package
- Good communication skills and decision making skills
- Able to handle work under minimum supervision and independently
- Should be able to join immediately
