We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide administrative and legal support for the preparation, execution, and management of property-related legal documentation.

Job Profile

  • Assisting the drafting, printing, and the execution of Sale Agreements, Lease Agreements, Deeds, and related notarial documents for property and mall transactions.
  • Liaising with sales, customer service, legal teams, and external parties (BOI, mall tenants, land registries) to facilitate document processing and signings.
  • Submitting relevant documents to land registries, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing title packs and verified documentation for the execution of deeds and related notarial documents.
  • Filing and updating legal documentation databases and managing daily handovers of signed documents to relevant departments.
  • Tracking legal expenses, handling petty cash reimbursements, and supporting with required documentation and coordination.

Personal Profile

  • Diploma in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (Optional).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative or secretarial support in legal documentation, real estate transactions within a legal and/or property development/real estate environment.
  • Exposure to working with property agreements, land registry processes, and customer-facing documentation is preferred.
  • Exposure to managing, tracking and recording of expenses.
  • Familiarity with land registration procedures and regulatory requirements.
