ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Be a driving force behind Sri Lanka’s smartest retail store. Wishque is on the lookout for a dynamic, results-oriented Assistant General Manager - AGM (Operations and Marketing).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and operational support across all key departments.
  • Assist in daily operations, team leadership, and strategic planning.
  • Oversee and coordinate activities across logistics, productions, sales, and customer service.
  • Enhance operational efficiency and support tech-driven implementations.
  • Monitor KPIs, compile performance reports, and ensure departmental goals are achieved.
  • Identify areas for business improvement and help execute scalable growth strategies.
  • Promote a high-performing, customer-focused team culture.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Administration, or a related field, with 5+ years’ managerial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of retail business operations, excellent leadership, IT and English communication skills, and proficiency in ERP systems.
  • The use of Google tools and report preparation are mandatory.
  • Must be a Strong Character.
