WE ARE HIRING
INTERNAL AUDITOR - EAST REGION
Location: Batticaloa, Valaichchenai, Trincomalee, Kauwanchikudy, Thirukkovil
RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Executing Audit engagements.
- Review financial statements and supporting documentation.
- Evaluate internal control systems and ensure adherence to applicable laws.
- Perform risk assessments and internal control evaluations and detect discrepancies.
- Identify and investigate potentially fraudulent activities or financial irregularities.
- Prepare and present audit reports.
- Collaborate with external auditors during statutory audits and regulatory compliance assessments.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and execute remedial actions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- CA part qualification/ HNDA/AAT 111 with A/L in any stream, Or
- A degree from a recognized university,
- Previous experience in microfinance field or minimum of two years’ audit firm experience will be an added advantage.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
- Language proficiency in English & Tamil. Report writing skills in English language is a must.
- Motor bicycle with a valid riding license.
