We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our sister company The SLIIT- Hemas Allied Health Institute, as Management Associate - Administration & Marketing.
The SLIIT- Hemas Allied Health Institute, a dynamic collaboration between the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT) and Hemas Holdings PLC, is at the forefront of advancing education in Allied Health Sciences. We are dedicated to provide a comprehensive range of academic and professional qualifications, catering to the fields of Nursing, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Medical Laboratory Sciences etc.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the marketing team to manage leads and convert prospects into enrollments.
- Overseeing student application processing and ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Coordinating orientation, registration, and onboarding while providing day-to-day support to students.
- Assisting in administration tasks and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining student databases and generating reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university/institution.
- At least two years of work experience after obtaining the educational qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Hands on experience in MS Office package.
- Strong attention to detail.
