Digital Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative strategies to maximize reach, impressions, engagement, and brand recall.
- Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Brand Awareness, Reach, Video Views, and Engagement objectives).
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling visuals and messaging tailored for awareness goals.
- Manage campaign schedules and ensure timely deployment of creative.
- Continuously monitor performance via Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and other third-party tools.
- Analyze key metrics like CPM, CTR, reach, and engagement rates to optimize performance.
- Conduct A/B testing of creative, copy, and audience segments to refine campaigns.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices for awareness marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams or external partners as needed to ensure campaign excellence.
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations on campaign performance and key takeaways.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Meta-based awareness campaigns.
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and a good understanding of other platforms like Google Ads and YouTube.
- Solid grasp of awareness-focused KPIs: Reach, Impressions, Engagement, CPM, and CTR.
- Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and brand communication.
- Experience in content planning and campaign calendar management.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with reporting and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
