ASSISTANT MANAGER – FINANCE

Job Profile

  • Managing the Financial Accounting Monitoring and Reporting Process.
  • Liaising with financial institutions, auditors, IRD and other external institutions.
  • Accountable for development and implementation of an effective financial accounting function.
  • Keeping abreast changes in financial regulations and legislations.
  • Complete adherence to Accounting standards and CBSL regulations.

Candidate Profile

  • BSc Degree in Management (Finance, Public Administration, Business Management and Valuation) or B.Com Degree.
  • Part qualification in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA or other equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 Years' experience in similar capacity.
  • High numeracy, sound technical skills and excellent IT skills.
  • Technical knowledge on the Financial Accounting & Reporting / Treasury Functions & Reporting/ Local Tax Regulations.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Should be a self-motivated person.
  • Age below 40 years.
