Quantity Surveyor / Assistant QS / Junior QS
Responsibilities
- Take off quantities from drawings
- Visit sites for obtaining measurements
- Preparation of payment applications
- Preparation of rate breakdowns
- Preparation of BOQs, letters
Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 03 / NCT / HND or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Familiar with AutoCAD and MS Office
- Communication skills in both written and spoken English and Sinhala
- Previous work experience would be an added advantage
- Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply
