Your Role: Customer Experience & Engagement Partner (CEEP)

This isn’t your traditional customer service job. As a CEEP, you will:

  • Be the face of the brand, occasionally stepping out to interact with customers during campaigns, demos or activations.
  • Operate at the heart of our Contact Centre, managing calls, messages, and inquiries with clarity and charisma.
  • Own the customer journey — from a question to a confirmed order, ensuring every customer feels seen, heard and satisfied.
  • Pitch in with the sales team, meeting potential customers face-to-face and converting interest into action.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics and tech teams to improve service delivery and campaign effectiveness.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset.
  • Convert interest into successful sales through phone, chat, and in-person conversations.
  • Visit businesses, offices, or events as part of curated sales campaigns and product demos.
  • Use tools like WhatsApp, CRM dashboards, and internal platforms to manage leads and ensure follow-up.
  • Report insights and feedback to improve our product, process, and experience.
  • Be a cross-functional collaborator, working with marketing, delivery, and operations to make things happen.

Who You Are

  • Young, energetic, and people-driven.
  • Passionate about customer happiness, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Confidence in speaking Sinhala and English (Tamil is a plus).
  • Ready to travel within Colombo and interact face-to-face with customers.
  • Tech-savvy enough to handle modern communication tools and apps.
  • Open to feedback, eager to learn, and a team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
