Actively participating in the corporate strategic planning process and establishing appropriate budgetary control.
Be responsible for the overall financial operations of the organization, whilst implementing continuous process improvements to mitigate potential financial and operational risks.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance Management and a professional qualification in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably in the relevant field.
Broad understanding of the financial behavior of a manufacturing company.
Should demonstrate a high level of decision-making capabilities, problem-solving and negotiation skills as well as possess good leadership qualities.
Good knowledge of financial and management accounting, budgeting, planning and taxation.
Broad understanding of forex and statutory/regulatory requirements.
Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines required.
Proficiency in using ERP systems and excellent planning, organizing, managerial, and analytical skills using advanced Excel.
Age below 45 years.
