ONLINE SALES COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely fulfillment
- Monitor and update e-commerce platforms and social media sales channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure high service standards
- Track and report on online sales performance
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team for promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- GCE A/L qualification or higher; a diploma in marketing or business is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with online sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, Instagram, Facebook)
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks
- Prior experience in e-commerce or online customer support is an advantage
Salary
- Entry level - Rs 30,000 - 40,000
- Experienced - Rs 45,000 - 60,000
